The one-bedroom garden home is a complete self-contained unit. It has a full bathroom with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin, a hot water heater serving all taps, and a real kitchenette with a sink, undercounter presses, one double cupboard, one single cupboard, a worktop and a hob. One Murphy double bed folds away during the day. It is fully insulated with double foil 10mm insulation and is built on the customer's own concrete foundations. The demo model is on site at Lordship — come and stand inside it before you buy.
